Musaqah dan Muzara'ah pada Pertanian di Desa Kabul Kecamatan Praya Barat Daya Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam

Abstract

This study aims to examine the practices and contracts of *Musaqah* and *Muzara’ah* within the agricultural sector of Kabul Village. A descriptive-analytical qualitative approach was employed, utilizing data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The author utilized an inductive method for data analysis. Based on the research regarding agricultural cooperation involving *Musaqah* and *Muzara’ah* contracts in Kabul Village, Southwest Praya District, the author concludes that the profit-sharing system for tenant farmers operates as follows: the landowner (Party A) entrusts their land to Party B (the tenant farmer) for cultivation based on mutually agreed-upon terms and profit-sharing percentages. Regarding the legal status, Islam legitimizes and permits these arrangements to provide relief to individuals, acknowledging that some possess land but lack the capacity to make it productive themselves.
